Meet the Board

Holly Belcher
Holly has lived in Social Circle, Georgia for thirteen years. She and her family are members of First Baptist Church of Social Circle. She has been married to her husband Jeff for nineteen years and they have a 17-year-old daughter named Jacqueline who will be graduating from Social Circle High School in May of 2020. Originally from Loxahatchee, Florida, Holly has been around horses most of her life.

Teri Justice
Teri Justice is a retired educator from the Newton County School System where she taught special education. She currently works as a consultant completing developmental assessments for the school system Special Needs Preschool Department. Teri combined her desire to work with individuals with special needs and love of horses by owning and operating Cottonwood Farm in Covington, GA along with her husband Ken. Teri has been supporter of Newton County Special Olympics by serving on the Management team and coaching a variety of sports. She and Ken have also assisted the Special Olympics Equestrian team. In addition, Teri is a client advocate at the Newton Pregnancy Resource Center. Teri and Ken live in Rutledge and have 2 grown sons.

Marcus Crowe
Marcus is a born again Christian and very passionate about the Master’s Touch ministry. He has been married to his wife Mollie for 18 years, and they have 3 children, Emma, Will, and Isabella. Marcus has worked as a paramedic for over 20 years and teaches Healthcare Sciences at Morgan County High School. Being raised as a farm boy, he spent many summer days working with his grandfather on the farm and found that he had a love of riding horses. When Makayla shared her plan for Master’s Touch with Marcus, he was excited to help get the program off the ground. Today, he is amazed at how the program has grown and is honored to be able to be a small part of the ministry that is taking place at Master’s Touch.

Shannon Hoke
Shannon Hoke brings experience and dedication to the board of directors at Master’s Touch, where she has served since 2023. After an impressive 37-year career as a private investigator, Shannon retired in 2022, shifting her focus to family, faith, and community service. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, horseback riding, and immersing herself in books. Shannon is also deeply committed to volunteer work, actively supporting her church and various ministry efforts. Her passion for helping others and her wealth of life experience make her an asset to the organization.
